Shipping Policy
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for any damaged upon delivery product.
We do not cover any lost or stolen items. What to do if your item hasn’t arrived yet (link to FAQ).
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email: info@havanaroasters.com (subject line: Return )
- Include in your email the following information: Name, order number, damaged item name & 2-3 photos showing the extent of the damage.
- Once we have received your information, we will process the information & email you back with a resolution within 24-48 hours.
Any submitted returns outside of our Return policy Guidelines will not be eligible for return or exchange.
